Drinking Apple Cider Vinegar for Energy and Metabolic Boost

Over time I’ll post research or anecdotal snippets about the effects of vinegar, especially apple cider vinegar (ACV).

My personal experience is that it does seem to boost my energy. A good night’s sleep helps of course but for sure I’m more alert and energetic after downing my apple cider vinegar drink than when I don’t use it.

I also read that it boost the metabolic rate so I decided to drink it in the mornings before I even eat breakfast.

Then I came across this video that talks about how drinking it in the morning on an empty stomach also assists your gallbladder function and I was sold!

I’ve seen the pain that gallstones or an inflamed gallbladder can cause so if ACV will help the gallbladder, even better.

By the way, I don’t drink pure ACV – I can’t imagine that’d be good for your teeth or soft tissue. I drink a tablespoon or two in a cup of water. I’ll tell you more about that later, but here’s the vid that talks about the benefit of drinking some Apple Cider Vinegar in the mornings.
